Welcome to the Westlake parent group we lovingly refer to as WAVE. Every family is a member and there are no dues or applications to fill out. We work together with our school to build community, hold interactive events, fundraise, and support our students. Westlake encourages families to volunteer at least 30 hours a year, whether it is in the classroom, at an event, at home assembling kits, in a committee, or any other way that works for you. We have meetings throughout the year to discuss volunteer needs, upcoming events, fundraising, and so much more. Additionally, we host interactive Coffee Talks with WCS Administration once per month. The next Coffee Talk is coming up on Friday, August 18th at our K-8 campus at 8:30AM and we hope to see you there!

WAVE Meetings: WAVE meetings are a great time to meet other Westlake families, learn more about our parents’ group and upcoming events, ask questions, and find out how to get involved in our amazing community. Please join us on Wednesday, August 16th at 6:00PM at the K-8 campus. We are looking forward to making this year great with you!

WAVE Facebook Page: WAVE has a private Facebook page which is a fantastic resource for our families. The page is full of questions, ideas, pictures, and more. Please CLICK HERE to join the page.

Kudos: A special thanks to Amber Hustead for her time and talent she committed to our school as President of the WAVE board. Part of what makes Westlake so amazing are the families that collaborate to make our children’s experience special. We look forward to what’s to come in our 23/24 school year as we welcome our returning families and meet our new ones. In the spirit of our WCS community… Let’s explore!
