Carpooling to and from school can have a great effect on reducing neighborhood traffic. Plus, sharing before/after-school responsibilities is a great way to build community.
By knowing the roads you’ll take, following some simple rules and demonstrating Westlake’s Core Values, you’ll help keep traffic moving and our community safe.
Know the Roads
1. Drive on the Green Roads and allow pedestrians to safely use the residential streets.
2. Be aware that the Yellow Roads might get congested at peak travel times.
3. Please do not drive on the Red Roads. These roads are smaller, neighborhood streets, and are intended to be used by our walking and biking students.
