Parent Teacher Conference: Parent Teacher conferences will be held March 12-16. Click HERE to sign up for your student’s conference. Click Here for instructions on how to sign up. We look forward to having 100% of our families attending a 1st trimester conference. Remember, March 12-17 will be early dismissal for all grades to allow for time to meet with each of our families.

BASE is Open Conference Week:  All grades have early dismissal for the week of conferences, March 12-16. Kindergarten will dismiss at 1:00pm and 1st-8th grade will dismiss at 1:30pm. BASE will be open all week until 6:00 pm.

WAVE Board Meeting: Please join us Thursday, March 1st for our WAVE Board meeting. We’ll be meeting in the Matterhorn Conference Room in the Office at 6:30pm. Our team of parents is busy planning exciting activities for the final months of the school year and cannot do it without your help and support.

WAVE Coffee Talk: Please join us Friday, March 2nd at 8:30am for a WAVE sponsored Coffee Talk. We will meet in the office to chat, drink coffee and enjoy some treats. Coffee Talks are a great way to get your questions answered by WCS Administrators and learn more about what’s currently going on at WCS. It is an informal setting and all families are welcome to attend no matter how long they can stay. We hope to see you there!

Volunteer Contests: WAVE is sponsoring a Classroom Volunteer Contest! The middle school advisory class and elementary class with the highest number of volunteer hours will receive $100 for the teacher to spend in the classroom and a party for the entire class to celebrate. Please Click HERE to visit the new form to log your hours! Our new form consists of 4 simple steps and hours can all be logged at once (just add them all up). 2018 International Festival: Save the Date for this WCS favorite! The International Festival Committee is busy planning the event which is quickly approaching on April 7th from 3-7pm on our beautiful new Explorer Campus.
