Olympic Triathlon Donations: The last day to donate to the Olympic Triathlon is December Friday, December 2nd. Proceeds from this year’s Olympic Triathlon will go towards purchasing water bottle filling stations on our new Explorer Campus.

NWEA MAP Testing: To maximize instructional weeks, students will take their Winter NWEA test when we return from Winter Break in January. We look forward to celebrating student growth and progress!

Parking Placards: Families, please remember to bring your placards in your car for all of the students you are picking up. All cars with missing placards will be asked to park in a visitor spot and check ID in the office. Thank you for working in partnership with us to make our Westlake Charter School dismissal as safe as possible!
Morning Drop off: Students can be dropped off as early as 7:15 in the morning. If your child is dropped off between 7:15-7:30 they must go to the cafeteria. At 7:30am, students are released to the blacktop until 7:45 when the school day begins.
Electives: Our 6th-8th grade students will begin their new set of electives on Monday, November 28th. We have some amazing classes offered: stop motion animation, bridge building, yearbook, CSI, and much more!
PBIS Campaign: This next week on campus we will be launching a PBIS, positive behavior intervention system, campaign on campus called In-N-Out. This campaign will be focused on how we enter and exit the cafeteria more efficiently and safely.
