Westlake Charter School is pleased to be able to connect our families with local prekindergarten options. Sacramento, and particularly Natomas, has a wide range of rich, engaging program options available for families with prekindergarten children. We encourage families who are seeking this type of care to connect with the providers below and find an option is a best-fit for your family.
Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE)
The Sacramento County Early Learning website embodies a collaborative vision and commitment to the growing needs of young children and families and the programs that serve them. The site provides a centralized portal to access research-based, innovative, promising practices and resources to support high-quality early learning programs, school readiness, and seamless transitions to kindergarten. Private and public early childhood directors, teachers, family child care home providers, and school district administrators will find resources to build on and expand existing early learning services. The website also connects parents with child development information and local resources to support their child’s care and education.
The City of Sacramento
First 5 Sacramento funds programs that benefit Sacramento County children prenatal to age five and their families. We strive to give parents and caregivers the tools necessary to ensure their children are raised healthy, ready to enter kindergarten and reach their greatest potential in life.
