Level 1 Distance Learning Extended: In July, we let our families know that we would be in Level 1 – Distance Learning at least through September 11th, which was last Friday. Sacramento County is currently on the State of California widespread watchlist which means that our Distance Learning level will be extended. The next checkpoint will be mid-October, so we will inform you no later than the October 11th Westlake Weekly newsletter about our next checkpoint which will be October 19th.  Be sure to read the parent weekly each week for information.

Drive Through Picture Days: We are excited to be able to offer Drive Thru School Picture days for our students! Appointments will be available from 2:00-7:00 PM on Wednesday 9/30, Thursday 10/1, and Friday 10/2 Check out next week’s Westlake Weekly for information on how to make an appointment and how to purchase school pictures. 

Supply Donations: Great news! We are currently at 32% of our Supply Donations goal. These donations allow us to not only have individual supplies for students in their classroom when they return to campus, but also give us the ability to send home ongoing Distance Learning kits. BASE Distance Learning Camps: We are taking reservations for BASE Distance Learning Camps! Please click HERE to reserve a spot in our BASE Distance Learning Camps, you only need to complete the form once to reserve your students spot. Space in each grade level Distance Learning Camp is limited to ensure social distancing – reserve your spot today! Full and partial scholarships may be available for qualifying families.

Free and Reduced Meal Application – RESPONSE REQUESTED: Each year, we ask families to complete a Free and Reduced Price School Meals (FRPSM) application. We need every family to complete the form below for each student by Friday, September 18th. Even if you choose not to complete the FRPSM application, we still need the form completed for each student so that we can ensure every family had the opportunity to complete the application.
