At the NUSD Board Meeting this week, the NUSD Board approved a $28.5 million dollar contract to begin construction on our new campus. The contract is for 425 calendar days, meaning the anticipated project completion date is July 11, 2017! Congratulations Explorers: We’ll be breaking ground soon! |

Ready? Set. Go! – Phase 1 of our parking lot campaign is ready to launch on May 23rd! The focus of Phase 1 will be on student safety. Check your student’s blue folder for a diagram of the dismissal area. Explorer Families, here are a few details and ways you can help:
- Please let your students know where they are going after school (BASE, walking or car pick-up). If this changes for some reason, call the school office at (916) 567-5760.
- Pick up walkers from their line at their dismissal time.
- Car pick-up and BASE pick-up will remain the same

For Pebblewood
Open House: We are excited for our showcase event on Wednesday, May 18th from 6:00-7:00PM. We hope all families and students can join us for this showcase of student learning. Our middle school students will be presenting their PBL projects they are currently working on in their elective courses. These PBL projects focus on our Core Value, Global Perspective. If your student can not attend this showcase event please reach out to your child’s Advisory teacher. We look forward to seeing all families in attendance. Please mark your calendars! In addition, come on out to see our amazing 5th graders showcase of learning!
