Well, it’s that time again…Back to School. Back to the nightly homework battles, early bedtimes, and of course another round of school clothes to buy. But with it also comes the joy of learning, reuniting with friends and having a great time at BASE!

What are BASE hours:
Monday through Friday
7am-6pm (Pebblewood after school only)
How does the billing work?
Your student will attend throughout the course of the month. The hours are recorded and calculated by our Check-In system, producing statements within the first two business days of the following month. Those statements are available for pick up in the BASE room. It is the parent’s responsibility to pick them up each month.
How do I pay?
Please go to www.westlakecharter.com and click on the BASE page. You will find a link for PayPal. If you choose not to use the PayPal option, you may also use a money order.
Will my Kinder be placed in the same group as a 4th grader?
No, students are grouped by grades, factoring in skill sets and areas of development.
Do I have to plan ahead the days my student attends BASE?
No. We operate on an as needed basis. We are here when you need us and do not need prior notice.
What are the rates for BASE?
$6.50/hour with a $30.00 daily cap
IS BASE open during School and Summer Breaks?
Yes, we are open for some breaks and over the Summer. Students will attend the Del Paso campus during those breaks. (STAR TBD) See “Closure Dates” link listed to the right.
