Celebrations

Our 19th Annual Olympic Triathlon Event Day was epic! Explorers engaged in Art Projects, Spanish Games, and Obstacle Courses on both campuses! The Olympic Triathlon fundraising campaign has now closed and we have surpassed our goal of $45,000, having raised over $48,000! Thank you to all who participated in the fundraising efforts and during event day!

Our First Grade Explorers experienced Life Long Ago, an on-campus field lesson. Docents from Sutter’s Fort helped students learn about times past. They compared schools, communities, and transportation from different times and different places. #JoyfulLearning

Prior to Fall Break, students at the high school participated in a mock election in partnership with the County of Sacramento. Thanks to the organization and leadership of Mrs. Maes, our Explorers had the opportunity to experience the voting process firsthand while learning about civic engagement and the importance of participating in our democracy. It was an authentic and meaningful learning experience that brought government to life for our students.
