After-School Live: Click HERE to see what we’re offering and to put your student on the interest list.Campus is already buzzing after school with enrichment and athletics, and there’s still more to come! After-School Live’s tuition-free clubs are coming this October for the fall session. Clubs meet once a week for four weeks, right after school. Email Allison Chavez with questions: [email protected].

Fall Break: School will be closed Monday, October 1st through Friday, October 5th for Fall Break. BASE will be open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM the entire week.

Lost and Found: Our lost and found is overflowing with jackets, lunch boxes, water bottles and more! Please check for any missing items by Friday, September 28th. All unclaimed items will be donated over Fall Break.

Field Lessons and School Supplies: Click HERE to make your donation today! Great News! Our school has already reached 50% of our School Supplies goal and 32% of our field lessons goal! Keep up the great work Explorer families!

Grade Level Liaisons: We are very excited to roll out a new school-wide communications program. We have 9 parents (one per grade level) who will be working with the WAVE board to get information out to room parents to pass along to the entire class. This will ensure all families receive important information from WAVE and make it easier for each grade level to schedule their own activities and events. Thank you to our fabulous liaisons for helping us bring this idea to fruition!

Olympic Triathlon Committee: The Olympic Triathlon is our largest fundraiser of the year and we are looking for volunteers to help us make it the most successful one ever. The event is quickly approaching and we need help with ideas, planning and execution. Please contact Amber Hustead at [email protected] to learn more or join the OT committee. We cannot do it without your help!

Kudos: Many families were excited to see Spirit Wear in their student’s backpack last week. This wouldn’t have been possible without Joanna Clark and Angela Morgan. Each Spirit Wear group order requires many volunteer hours in order to sort, label, package and deliver the items to each classroom. We truly appreciate Joanna and Angela taking the time ensure we all received our awesome WCS gear so early in the year. Thank you!

Logging Volunteer Hours: Our new website will be launching very soon. Simply keep track of all volunteer hours from the Fireworks Booth forward and log them all at once when the new site launches this month!
