This event, like many others, doesn’t happen without our fabulous Westlake community and parent involvement, so thank you!

Math Monday: Click HERE for this weeks Math Monday. This week the grade level with the highest percentage of participation will win a prize!

Parking lot support training: Our goal each day at drop off and dismissal is ensuring student safety. In the middle of this rainy season you can help us reach our goal by practicing safe driving while dropping off and picking up your student. It can seem so easy to just quickly cut the line so that your student can get into the car faster, however this not only slows down the entire dismissal process but could potentially cause a tragic accident. In the upcoming Westlake Weekly, we will be shouting out a few families who go above and beyond to practice safe driving so that all of our students are safe!

Are you interested in earning your family’s volunteer hours and helping to keep our explorer students safe? You can do this by volunteering during our Del Paso Campus Drop off and/or Pick Up.  For more information join us for dinner on Thursday, February 16th as we discuss how family volunteers at pickup and drop off can help to make it move faster and safer for our students. Click HERE to RSVP for this event. Dinner will be provided, please RSVP by Friday February 10th.

Progress Reports:  Progress reports went home in students backpacks this past Friday, January 20th.  Please make sure to reach out to your students core teacher or specialty teacher with any questions.

Progress Report:  Please take the time to review your student’s progress this weekend as you review their Mid-Trimester Progress Report. Please sign and return both yellow documents to school by Tuesday, January 24th. For more detailed information regarding your student’s grade please check Infinite Campus. If you have any other questions please reach out to your child’s Advisory/Homeroom teacher.

Geography Bee:  Please join us on Thursday, January 25th at 6:00pm to watch our 4th-8th grade finalists show their geographic knowledge in our annual geography bee.
