open house Our Explorers represented well at our Open House Showcase on the Pebblewood campus this week.  Students were proud of their work ranging from digital portfolios in 5th grade, to PBL projects focused on local and global issues, to 8th graders sharing about their past, present and future heroes! Our Explorers demonstrated their Core Values to the community and we couldn’t be prouder!
Three of our Westlake students have made it through the Preliminary Judging process and will be representing Westlake at the California State Fair – Student Art Competition!

Vivian Johnson, Megan Gawlick and Isabella Tran created Mandalas that the judges really loved. Their artwork will be displayed at the State Fair from July 8th-24th and will up for other awards/ribbons at that point.Thank you to Ms. Jackson for your leadership in coordinating the application process!
