Good Evening Explorers! It’s Mrs. Battin your principal on the Del Paso Campus. We just wrapped up an amazing Meet the Teacher event! And we are so excited to kick off the 15-16 school year!
Here are a few reminders for the first day of school:
Tomorrow is Walking Wednesday! I encourage all of our family to meet at Walgreens to walk with us over to campus for our first morning line up of the year. We will leave from in front of the Aims Mail Center at 8:00am.
Drop Off:
Students who are attending BASE can be dropped off as early as 7:00am. Our breakfast program begins promptly at 7:50. All student who arrive between 7:50 and 8:10 will report to the cafeteria. At 8:10 students will leave the cafeteria to head to the black top for Morning Line Up which begins at 8:15. Students will go to classrooms from the blacktop after Morning Line Up.

Pick Up:
Pick Up times for tomorrow are as follows:
Kindergarten: 11:20
1st – 4th Grades: 1:15
You can drive into the parking lot to pick up your student and we will make sure that they are ready and waiting on the curb for you. Please avoid parking on Del Paso Road as it is a traffic violation and dramatically slows our car line entering the parking lot.
Welcome Back Packets:
Welcome back packets were mailed home this week, if you were not able to return yours today at Meet the Teacher, please send it with your student tomorrow. We are excited to hit the 100% mark of packets turned in this week.
School Uniform:
Remember your student should be in school uniform tomorrow. Khaki or navy blue bottoms and white, light blue, or navy blue collared shirts.
